*Knowledge
|Knowledge(ナレッジ、知識)とは、何か行動(アクション)を起す際もしくは何か意思決定を行う際に使える情報だと考えます。つまりナレッジは使えるものでないといけないわけで、使うことで始めて価値がでてくるものです。ダベンポートさんもそう言ってたし。([Davenport and Prusak 1998|#cite6])
