!!Ingredients (for 2 people)
* 1/2 cup about 75 g not-steamed white rice
* 1 table spoon of Butter
* 1/2 Onion
* 6 Mushrooms
* small piece of garlic
* some table spoon of wine
* 1 cup of Broth soup
* cheese (Parmigiano-Reggiano recommended)
!!Directions
# by using lidded frying pan with chop garlic and cook it with butter until smell good
# add chopped onion and cook it until it becomes transparent
# add white rice and cook it until it becomes transparent
# cut mushrooms to small pieces, add it, and cook it little bit.
# add Broth soup and wine.
# boil it for 10 minutes and check the hardness of the rice. target is "al dente"
# add salt and pepper to adjust the taste. keep it light taste because cheese might be salty.
# finally add the cheese by using cheese grater.
