Cooking recipe

Ingredients (for 2 people)#

  • 1/2 cup about 75 g not-steamed white rice
  • 1 table spoon of Butter
  • 1/2 Onion
  • 6 Mushrooms
  • small piece of garlic
  • some table spoon of wine
  • 1 cup of Broth soup
  • cheese (Parmigiano-Reggiano recommended)

Directions#

  1. by using lidded frying pan with chop garlic and cook it with butter until smell good
  2. add chopped onion and cook it until it becomes transparent
  3. add white rice and cook it until it becomes transparent
  4. cut mushrooms to small pieces, add it, and cook it little bit.
  5. add Broth soup and wine.
  6. boil it for 10 minutes and check the hardness of the rice. target is "al dente"
  7. add salt and pepper to adjust the taste. keep it light taste because cheese might be salty.
  8. finally add the cheese by using cheese grater.
