Cooking recipe
Ingredients (for 2 people)#
- 1/2 cup about 75 g not-steamed white rice
- 1 table spoon of Butter
- 1/2 Onion
- 6 Mushrooms
- small piece of garlic
- some table spoon of wine
- 1 cup of Broth soup
- cheese (Parmigiano-Reggiano recommended)
Directions#
- by using lidded frying pan with chop garlic and cook it with butter until smell good
- add chopped onion and cook it until it becomes transparent
- add white rice and cook it until it becomes transparent
- cut mushrooms to small pieces, add it, and cook it little bit.
- add Broth soup and wine.
- boil it for 10 minutes and check the hardness of the rice. target is "al dente"
- add salt and pepper to adjust the taste. keep it light taste because cheese might be salty.
- finally add the cheese by using cheese grater.
